We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using premium carriers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
We want every AGOLDE piece in your wardrobe to be as perfectly suited to you as our premium collections are to effortless style. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures refinement extends to every aspect of your experience.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, all items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
- In original packaging with all protective covers
Final Sale Items: Certain premium accessories and limited-edition pieces marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes select designer collaborations and seasonal collections from our Accessories and Active categories.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Submit Your Request: Email our Charlotte-based style team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using the provided template below.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
- Ship Your Return: Package items securely and include the completed return form. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for quality inspection.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For international returns, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once approved, refunds are processed within:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-7 business days (processing time depends on your financial institution)
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved. Shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
