Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations
  • In original packaging with all protective covers
Note on Final Sale Items: Certain premium accessories and limited-edition pieces marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes select designer collaborations and seasonal collections.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit Your Request: Email our Charlotte-based style team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery using the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package items securely and include the completed return form. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for quality inspection.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For international returns, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once approved, refunds are processed within:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 5-7 business days (processing time depends on your financial institution)
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved. Shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
